I am an experienced consultant and trainer who has developed programs and provided workshops and consultation services to educational institutions, health care providers, social service and non-profit agencies, private sector companies and governmental organizations.
My consultancy services include support and direction with EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) training and programs, change management processes, employee wellness programs, and program development and evaluation.

Clinical Supervision
I have been providing clinical supervision for social workers, social work students and other mental health professionals for more than a decade. Case consultation services are available for licensed professionals providing mental health services. I also offer on-going clinical supervision for registered social workers. I offer a diverse and eclectic base of psycho-therapeutic theories and intervention strategies in my supervision work including CBT, DBT, attachment-based and relational approaches. I also work extensively with evidenced-based mindfulness and self-compassion tools. I have extensive familiarity with a range of practice environments, including community-based agencies, educational and health care institutions, and private practice.
